The city has issued a warning to the company based on the complaints received in accordance with city rules and regulations. If the city receives additional complaints following the warning, VIVINT Inc. ’s solicitor permits may be suspended or revoked. Consumers should be aware that door to door solicitors need a permit from the city and should present the permit when requested. Permitted solicitors are only allowed to solicit between 9 a. m. and 6 p.
